OK, so it has been 365 days since I last posted. Well, 2011 was a very busy year! Since last January, Ben and I closed on a new house, Charlotte turned one and is now running around like an idiot and we have spent almost every waking moment renovating the above mentioned "new" house. This left little time to reflect on things, and any time I did have I likely spent chasing Charlotte around or drinking a glass (or two) of wine at the end of the day. I will do my best to chronicle what all we did on the house over the last year. I don't think we are going to win any design awards for our efforts, but we have made vast improvements to almost every part of the house and what we didn't get to in 2011 we will tackle in 2012.
The past year wasn't all work. We managed to go to Disney World (which isn't too hard since we live in Orlando), spent some time in Louisiana and we managed to get away for a second honeymoon in Mexico. Not sure what 2012 will bring, but I hope it is a bit more relaxing that 2011.
